Annual Teddy Bear Toss

On Saturday night, the Red Wings and their partner, the Salvation Army, held their annual Teddy Bear Toss promotion.

With fans anxiously waiting for the Red Wings first goal, it wasn’t until Cole Woodliffe put one into the net at 12:11 into the first period, that the excitement was unleashed as Teddy Bears flooded onto the ice.

With help from the Boy Scouts, the Salvation Army gathered all the donated teddy bears.

The Red Wings and the Salvation Army thank everyone that participated!
