contract renewal of Kyle McDonald (competitivewill.com), Director of Performance, through the
2026–27 season.
Since joining the organization, McDonald has played a pivotal role in elevating the Red Wings’
player development strategies. The holistic athlete development program contributed
significantly to the culture and professionalism of the Red Wings program seeing measurable
gains in confidence, mindset and overall team culture.
