Spring Camp 2026

We encourage all players who play competitive hockey at the Bantam, Midget and Junior level to register and gain exposure to our program. In addition to selecting players for our 2026/27 roster, we will be identifying affiliate players, and prospects for future seasons. This camp will provide more than just game experience, we are promoting the positive lifestyle of hockey at a high level which includes how to create your own workout plan, athlete nutrition plans and how mental health is just as important as physical health. Looking forward to seeing you on the ice.
* Players who are signed or listed with an SJHL team are not eligible for this camp.

SPRING CAMP DETAILS: FRIDAY APRIL 24 – SUNDAY APRIL 26, 2026.

• 4 Games

• 1 on 1 exit meeting with coaching staff

• 1 Mental Performance Session

• Top 40 Prospects game on Sunday, April 26.

Include payment of $244.20 ($220.00 + taxes) by April 10, 2026. You are not fully registered until full payment has been made with the office.  You will receive an email confirming your registration.

GOOD TO KNOW INFO ABOUT US

Our highly valued scouting staff enjoy the challenge of recruiting players who have the skill, persistence, and character to play for the 1984 and 2005 Royal Bank Cup Champions. Red Wings players showcase their talents to NCAA, U-Sports (Canadian Universities), and professional scouts multiple times throughout each season. Games are also live streamed every night for scouts, schools, and families. The route to the NHL through Junior A and college has become very popular as pro teams are taking more college players every season. In 2019, 33% of all NHL players played college hockey.

EDUCATION

You may also advance your education through the Weyburn Comprehensive High School, Southeast Community College or SAT preparation. Our Educational Coordinator can help plan everything out. She will help with registration, transferring, tutoring or any other needs.

CAREER ENHANCEMENTS

Morning practices, strength and conditioning training at Olympia Fitness, top-line equipment and Sher-wood sticks, team laundry done daily, and employment opportunities.

BILLETING
The influence a billet family can have on a young player can create bonds that last a lifetime. Our organization greatly values the sacrifice billet families make to host Red Wing players during the season. Billet families are invaluable to the Red Wings and we appreciate all of their hard work and dedication to the team and the kids. By opening their home to the players they provide them with a stable and secure home away from home.
