Red Wings Sign Jake Mulder

The Weyburn Red Wings are proud to announce the signing of 2000 born Forward Jake Mulder from Abbotsford, BC. Mulder is a large power forward, who skates well, has good a good skill level, and can finish.

Jake played the past 3 seasons for the Fraser Valley Thunderbirds in the BC Major Midget AAA League. Last season Mulder produced 14 goals, 22 assists for 36 points and 68 pims in 39 regular season games. The 6’2 185 lb power forward also put up 3 goals, 3 assists and 20 pims in 7 playoff games. Jake was a pick of the Red Deer Rebels in the 2015 WHL Bantam Draft.

Mulder’s 2017/2018 Fraser Valley Thunderbirds were the BCMML Champions. The Thunderbirds are coached by former Weyburn Red Wing Peter Hay. Welcome to Weyburn Jake!!
