Player Committment – Cody Levesque commits to the Wings

The Weyburn Red Wings are proud to announce the commitment of 2000 Goaltender Cody Levesque from Carnduff, SK. The 6’5” 210 lb puck stopper was a 3rd Round Pick of the Red Wings in the 2015 SJHL Draft.

Last season Levesque played for the Swift Current Midget AAA Legionnaires. In 34 appearances last season Cody had a .920 Save Percentage, a 2.53 GAA, 2 shutouts and a 17-11 record.

Levesque made two appearances for the Red Wings in the 2017 SJHL playoffs. Cody is the older brother of Weyburn’s 2017 1st Round Pick Carey Levesque.

Cody is an athletic southpaw goaltender. He has very good technical skills and a tremendous frame.
