Alex Kannok-Leipert was selected by the Washington Capitals in the 2018 NHL Draft on Saturday. He was selected in the 6th Round, 161st overall.
Alex was selected in the 2nd Round of the 2015 SJHL Bantam draft by the Red Wings. Kannok Leipert played last season with the Vancouver Giants in the WHL after playing two season with the Regina Pat Canadians.
