The WIT Community Salute is a program, sponsored by the Weyburn Inland Terminal, where the Red Wings players visit schools throughout Weyburn and the surrounding towns.  The players participate in various activities at each of the schools.  Each student from the school is given 4 free passes to attend the Red Wings hockey game on the night where their school is to be saluted and recognized.  The students can put their name on the back of the game ticket and enter it for a chance to win a nightly prize donated by Weyburn Inland Terminal.  The winners of the nightly prizes will have their school's name entered for a chance to win a new computer for their school.
